2023 ESCOFFIER DINNER SERIES
February 21, 2023, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM |$125| 3915 HWY 70, Morehead City, NC 28557
Each year, three to four students are selected to work with Carteret Community College’s Escoffier Chef friends in France for five weeks. When students return, they help plan and execute the Escoffier Chefs’ Dinners and teach current students techniques they learned abroad.
Funding from the dinners pays for the students to participate in the French exchange program at no cost; the remaining funds are used to support these three programs. Carteret CC is the only NC Community College to offer this unique opportunity. Tickets sell out fast. Reserve your ticket here.
