I started selling real estate in 1997 with my mother, Kathy, and remain in partnership with her. I started selling in central North Carolina and became a dual agent with Bluewater when friends began buying in the area. It was such an easy transition to bring our building a business here. I have been a full-time realtor for over 27 years with experience in new construction and re-sell homes markets. I am passionate about selling real estate and being by the water makes it even better – for myself and my clients! 

Getting to know Julie Stancil Moore

Outside of real estate, I am an avid fisherwoman and love the offshore fishing that the crystal coast offers. My husband and I enjoy fishing in local tournaments like the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. Cape Lookout Shootout is fun and has had multiple lady angler awards over the years. I aim to serve Coastal North Carolina and help my clients find their dream home through a seamless real estate experience.
