Front Desk/Guest Relations Position
Bluewater is a locally owned premier Vacation Rental company on the Crystal Coast. We are seeking energetic and motivated candidates for an office position on our front desk/guest relations team.
Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask while providing a top level of service to guests, homeowners, and team members. Depending on schedule, this position would be at both the Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer incoming calls, assess needs, and assist callers. Provide warm transfers to appropriate departments when necessary.
· Listen empathetically and document interactions, offer excellent guest services, set expectations, direct issues to the appropriate departments, and provide follow-up.
· Enter work orders and guest relations support tickets for guest concerns. Monitor and provide follow-up as needed for any open issues. Keep an open line of communication with guests until their concerns are resolved.

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Qualifications:
· Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or related roles is preferred but not required.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently while following established cleaning protocols.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
· A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
· Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects as needed.
· Reliable transportation to reach different vacation rental properties.
