I am a native of this beautiful Crystal Coast. I grew up exploring the ocean and inlets and cherishing the beauty of this wonderful area. The history and romance of the waterways and beaches are all a part of my heritage

I have been a top producing Realtor for over 30 years. During this time I trained with the acclaimed national real estate Trainer, Howard Brinton, of Star Power Systems for over 15 years.  I owned a real estate company in Morehead City from 1987 to 1998 and then I met and married my builder husband, Vance Dunn, and moved to Virginia where we owned a real estate and construction company at Lake Anna prior to moving back to the Crystal Coast in 2011.

I am dedicated to making sure that my customers have all of the information they need in order to make an educated decision prior to their purchase. I utilize my knowledge of the area and my negotiating skills to help my customers get the best possible price.
