Level Two: Oceanfront Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and a Private Bath. Oceanfront Guest Suite #2 has a King Bed and a Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath.

Level Three: Bedroom #4 has a Double over Double Bunk with Twin Trundle. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed. A Full-Bath opens to Bedroom #4 and into the Hallway. Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen.

We rented the house from Mother's Day to the following Sunday. Very quiet,home was beautiful,the view from main floor,and two bedrooms of the ocean,were breathless.

Bedrooms nicely decorated,clean,and loved having the linen.all set for us.

Walkway to beach right there.
This was the first time,we did something like this,we all love the ocean,and this was such an easy walk,no lugging,or having to carry to much to beach.our Grandson who is 2' just loved it.

Pool was just right size, loved the seats on each side, outside shower great idea.

Kitchen,fully stocked,do not even need to take anything with you. Coffee maker and kreug.

Thank you again for Wonderful first experience with renting a Beach House.

Blue View was a fantastic property for our family. There were 3 covered porches, one on each level and a wonderful view of the beach. We noticed having a covered porch was unique in the area as many of the beachfront properties lacked this feature. The 5 bedrooms were spacious, but there was also a pull out sofa and rollaway beds in two of the closets. The rollaway was great for our young toddler who wanted to stay close to us. The kids loved the elevator, and the adults did as well as packing gorceries to the third level would have been tough. The property is as pictured, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful beachfront vacation!

The home was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was perfect. Plenty of common space for everyone. Bedrooms were spacious. No negative comments at all.

The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything you needed especially in the kitchen. Thanks for the extra ref in garage we found by accident. Also we found a sofa bed and two roll away beds and of my goodness the elevator was wonderful. I broke my hip and leg last year and that elevator was a lifesaver for me. The house was painted beautiful colors and decorated so well. Thanks for sharing your house and furnishing it so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The best thing was having your beds made up and the towels all there when you arrive. That is a real treat. Hope we will be able to rent it again soon. Please inform the owners of this and how much we appreciated the time it took for them to fix this house so it was such a pleasure. SHARON TUCKER

The location of Blue View is close to the Aquarium and shopping, unlike our last house on Coast Guard Rd. The lot next door is not developed so we had ample privacy. There are wonderful views from every floor, as well as the decks on the front and back of the house. The house has a well stocked gourmet kitchen with ample dishes, glasses, pots, and pans for a gathering of 20 or so. We could cook anything or create any imaginable cocktail we wanted with the dishes and glasses provided. We didn't need to bring any kitchen gear since it was nicely supplied. The rooms were large and well decorated/appointed. The bunk beds could to be moved to another room to place the double bed in that bedroom since it has a private bath. I would suggest that housekeeping pay more attention to the outside decks on the street side of the house as it was filthy. Do not hang towels on the fence around the pool at night if you want them dry in the morning as the auto water system will drench them in the evenings. This is a house that should satisfy even the most discriminating guest. Note there is no sofa in the den as pictured online. It is now a room with a double bed.
