Ground Level: This is an apartment style living arrangement with lots of privacy. There is a small Oceanfront Den,with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Small kitchenette (no microwave), bath, and private entrance. Streetside Bedroom #1 is off the kitchenette, with King and a private exterior entrance. This room can only be accessed by the hallway leading from bedroom #3 through the den and kitchenette. Bedroom #2 is Streetside and has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and a private exterior entrance. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront with a King has a private exterior entrance. This bedroom¡s only interior access is through Bedroom #2. There are a total of 2 baths on this level. All private exterior entrances are paved. Washer & Dryer. Outside shower. (Garage not available)

We had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the house, especially the large deck that you could look out over the ocean also the private beach access.

Fabulous floor plan, fabulous o ean panoramic views from the living room and deck. It had a feeling of family , a person as l touch.We really loved the family pictures and personal items on the wall going downstairs.

Woody Cottage, being OCEANFRONT and having 7+ bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, was perfect for our large family group. Everyone was able to have their private space and come together as a family in the common space and on the huge deck!

We have enjoyed this home for at least 3 years. The updated decks, mattresses, new kitchen stove were much appreciated. The view from the kitchen, dining, & living room is absolutely beautiful.

We always enjoy our stay at Woody Cottage. This was our third year staying at Woody Cottage. The upgrades were really nice and we sure did enjoy the new deck.

When we saw this property in the winter it didn't look so nice from the outside but the inside and the view sold us . Since we first looked at it , it looks like it had a make over and looks like a completely different place on the outside . The inside is really nice and big and furnished nicely . GREAT VIEW , would do it again .

My family has rented this home off and on for about 25 years. Although it shows some wear, Woody Cottage is a very special place for us. One of our sons proposed there and the impending arrival of two babies was announced there.
