-You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in. Only 2 parking passes are provided - no overflow parking. No boats and/or trailers are allowed on the property.

-There is only one elevator per building.

-There are Trash HOA onsite dumpsters- 4 located on the property.

-Coin operated Laundry Room is located in L building.

-Indoor pool & Outdoor Hot Tub open year around.
