Level One: 2 Living Rooms with 50" Flat Screen TVs, 2 Large Dining Areas, 2 Kitchen/Bar Areas with additional seating. There are 2 Half-Baths on this Level.


Level Two: The 8 Bedrooms have 6 Queen Beds and 4 Twin Bunk Sets. There are also 4 Full Baths on Level Two.


Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet, Central Air and Heat, Enclosed Hot and Cold Outdoor Showers, Water Softener, Open/Covered Gated decks with rocking chairs & hammock swings, charcoal grill and picnic table, 3 TVs, 1 DVD Player, 2 Stereos. When rented as one cottage, there are 2 Dishwashers, 2 Washer/Dryers, 2 Microwaves, 2 High Chairs and Pack N Play. Beautifully decorated with books, puzzles and movie library for kids. Also has Sony PlayStation II! Landscaped lawn, dunes deck with private beach walkway.


Linens and Towels Provided without Beds Made. Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not provided with linen package. (Weekly stays only)


No Smoking. Pets Stay Free- No Pet Fee for Your Vacation! (2 Dogs Max)

I absolutely loved renting this duplex, we used both sides, giving us plenty of room for everyone. having two living rooms gave the kids one to play their games and watch their shows and the adults the other. And having two of every appliance came in very handy. Would definatley rent this place again.
