Palm Cottage III at The Grove! is a stunning home featuring breathtaking ocean views and endless upgrades including hardwood floors, Flat Screen TVs, High Speed Wireless Internet, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and your own private outdoor oasis with Hot Tub and 11 x 20 pool which can be heated year round upon request for $650/week + tax. Offering five bedrooms, these homes have plenty of space for the entire family including your dog - with the Atlantic Ocean just steps away. The gas log fireplace is available for use off-season only. (2nd fireplace is decorative only). In addition, you have access to a phone within the property that allows free, unlimited phone calls within the U.S. for your convenience.


Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a fully covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two vehicles comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical paradise unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is perfect for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach.


You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.


Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a beautiful dining area and completed with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. You¡ll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.


Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the specious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. The over-sized Master Bedroom 4 retreat features cathedral ceilings, King Bed, Flat screen TV and a private bath with granite counter tops, large shower and a private deck overlooking the coastline. Bedroom 5 is on the streetside of the home offers 2 Twin Beds, Flat screen TV and features a private full bath.


The outdoor shower includes a foot washing station right inside the gate from the beach.


The kitchen also include a blender, gridle, and toaster.


Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Our family loved the open floorpan and gorgeous views of the ocean from the home and porches. We also enjoyed being located near so many things including great restaurants. From our cottage we could also walk to several things including ice cream. This home is wonderful for a family because the pool, although small, is great and the walk to the ocean is close! We were concerned about being near the pubic access, but that was not a problem at all. Bluewater employees are excellent with which to work which also makes the vacation so nice. Thank you Bluewater! We highly recommend!

Overall this was a great place and the rental procedure was easy and efficient. The home was a great location for our family of 9. It was clean and nicely decorated. Having the beach right outside the door was great especially the breezes on hot humid days. The pool was refreshing and a key reason for renting this property. The only issue for us was that there were not many 'eating out' options as most restaurants/bars closed by nine and were very small.
