Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and shares a balcony with the Living Room. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath and a Balcony. 2 TVs with Cable and 2 Bedroom TVs with DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.


No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals will be allowed with a 3-night minimum (off-season only).

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It has a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and the evening breezes as well. The extra beach chairs and sand toys in the outside storage bin were nice though.The condo is located in a perfect location. It was close to the beach and close to the excitement of the island without being in the middle of traffic. We rented bikes and rode to the ice cream parlor!You are welcome to use any of my comments. I'd definitely stay there again.We are already planning to return again next May.
