The Living Area has a 55" LCD TV and a balcony with furniture with great Ocean Views. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, a Full Bath and a balcony with great Ocean Views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to a small balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and access to a small balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Layout of home was great because their is a hallway door that separates the two guest bedrooms and bath from the rest of the unit which comes in handy at bedtime. The unit is closer to the beach in walking distance than we had assumed. Pool facilities are nice as well. Very pleased with our stay.
