Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.


Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the outdoor pool. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!


Pebble Beach F-103 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Condo.


Amenities Include: 2 Smart TVs, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Roku, and Screened Porch. The kitchen has an Oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, refrigerator, Griddle, and Toaster Oven. Central Heat & Air and Interior Washer/Dryer in.


Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only).


No Smoking. No Pets.


Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay (year-round).


Please note: Check-In is at 4:00pm. Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up parking passes and (2) gate cards.

The condo was larger than we expected from the photos, it was clean and well stocked with plates, silverware, cups/glasses, and pots/pans for us to cook with. The complex was located close to grocery stores and lots of different things for our family to do!

The weather was beautiful all week allowing us to take advantage of both the pool and the beach from this rental property.
