Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located at the secluded western end of the island known as "The Point." If you enjoy activities like beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells, this is your perfect getaway! The Villas are situated along the "Emerald Path," an 11-mile bike path that makes exploring Emerald Isle a breeze. You'll be just minutes away from shopping and restaurants, yet still feel like you're away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball goals, a picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) and coin-operated washer/dryers in A Building.


A-208 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Living Area has a wall mounted 60" Flat Screen. Covered deck with table & chairs is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds with a wall mounted Flat Screen TV. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath) Central Heat & Air. Roku online TV streaming device, Washer and Dryer. 3 Flat Screen TVs. Alexa Echo Show. Coffee Maker and Keurig.

We absolutely loved the condo. We had stayed in a different building before. The view was wonderful and we could keep track of our stuff on the beach from our condo. It was great having an elevator and the condo was nicely decorated. Having three tv's was nice. We would definitely stay there again. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were on the side of the ramp boardwalk so no steps going to the beach which was great for me since I had two knee replacements in the last few months. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen.

Point Emerald Villa A208 was a wonderfully appointed unit! Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, too!It's a shame the seal is broken on the living room window, creating that cloud-like appearance (we have had that occur at home and we know how frustrating and expensive it is to fix!)It was another enjoyable experience vacationing in Emerald Isle, Point Emerld Villas and our friends/owners of A205!We would definitely contemplate staying in this unit again! Management Response: The Living room window has been replaced by the current new owner in 2019.

We have been to Emerald Isle 6 years in a row. We love the soft sand of the beach and temperature and beauty of the water. It is never crowded on our section of the beach and it is quiet at night. Anything you would need is easily accessible in the nearby shopping centers. Our guests who have been to other Outer Banks beaches say this beach is the best.

The ocean view is what we love most about this condo location. We have plenty of space for our family of 6. The ocean is located on one side and the pool is located on the other. We use the outdoor grills that are available quite often. We are also minutes from shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

Pros: Great ocean view and the high porch chairs made it even better. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture and decor. Cons: Latches on the doors are needed to keep maintenance people from walking in unannounced, which happened to us. One screen door kept falling off the track and the blinds at that door are falling apart. I'd definitely stay in this unit again. Bluewater is great.Management Response: The blinds and screen door have been replaced by the current new owner in 2019.

The weather could not have been better! We woke up each morning to a beautiful ocean view. We know that you don't go on vacation to sleep but the beds were extremely comfortable. The size of the unit was very accommodating for our family. The kids already regret having to leave to come home and return to work!! We have already booked our vacation again for next year!
