This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. No Elevator.
B-305 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath almost Oceanfront Condo. High Speed Wireless Internet Provided! The kitchen/Bar Area is fully equipped with a coffee maker (Keurig), oven refrigerator with attached icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and slow Cooker. There is also a Smart TV, Basic Cable, and Covered Decks with Deck Furniture!

All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
