Ground Level: Den with TV, Mini Fridge, DVD, and shared bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV.


Level 1: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and shared bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV, deck access and shared bath. Bedroom #4 is a Master King Bed with a TV, Private bathroom and deck access.


Level 2: Open Floor Concept with living room kitchen and dinning area all connected. Living room has a TV, DVD player and Deck Access. There is a half bath on this level. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dining table seating 8 and a bar seating 4.


Amenities include: 5 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, Private Pool 13'x30' (may be heated for an additional $625/week), Outdoor Shower, Corn Hole, Pool volleyball net and pool basketball, Outdoor Decks with Furniture, Enclosed yard, Fully equipped kitchen with blender, toaster oven, Keurig and slow cooker,

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.

Sandy Bottoms is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. It is obvious that the owners also spend time there due to the thoughtful touches throughout the home.The yard and swimming pool area are decked out with fun and fanciful windsocks and wind spinners which we enjoyed. The newly renovated beach access is close by too! Parking is plentiful with a large, easy to access driveway. Great location and nice ocean views from the upper deck. We found it to be a perfect home for our Emerald Isle vacation!

We just got back from a wonderful week long stay at Sandy Bottoms. When we arrived at the home we were pleasantly surprised that the house in reality was even better than the photos online! It is obvious that the home has been recently remodeled and is kept in pristine condition. This home is absolutely beautiful and it was such a treat for our family to stay here! The furniture is new, clean and comfortable and every room smells fresh. The kitchen is very well stocked with matching dishes, new cookware and silverware, and new appliances. The layout is perfect for several families to be comfortable and the playroom/bunkroom on the bottom level is a dream for those with young kids. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for shade, and best of all, private! This home is on a flat lot which makes for easy parking and and an easy walk to the nearby beach access, and the large grassy front yard is perfectly manicured. We really enjoyed the swing! The provided towel and linen service is also very nice! The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything renters could need for a very comfortable stay. I am so thankful that we chose Sandy Bottoms for our vacation this year!
