Summer Winds A-301 is a Third-Floor, Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo. It has a private balcony with ocean and pool views. Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave and dishwasher. Master bedroom has a King Bed and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. Bedroom #3 has a Set of Twin Beds. 4 Color Cable TVs, 3 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher. Central Air/Heat. Covered Deck with Furniture. High Speed Internet Access!


NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Can't beat the view. Your security staff and indoor pool staff were very sweet and helpful. We enjoyed the salty pool and hot tubs very much. Indoor pool was great on a rainy day.

Bluewater was great. We inadvertently booked a property that didn't provide linens and didn't notice until we arrived. Called them and within an hour they had delivered a set to us. While we've had no issues in the past so couldn't comment about their service this experience definitely made me feel good about their responsiveness and commitment to service. We'll always use Bluewater in the future.

We loved the view of the ocean. We wanted to spend time with our Marine while we were there. The condo was quiet and we were able to watch dolphins, gulls and pelicans from either the front window or balcony. The condo was spacious and I was able to cook a couple nice meals and eat as a family with my Marine and a couple extra!!!

We loved our vacation at Emerald Isle. Our condo was just as lovely as the pictures and very clean. We were at Summer Winds and it couldn't have been more perfect. The food from the little diner was wonderful too. Our view (corner, third floor room) was of the ocean AND the pool which was perfect for coffee in the morning and late night talks. We will certainly return and will use Bluewater again too!!

All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).
