Additional Amenities: 5 Smart TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Ceiling fans, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven!
Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.
Rents from Saturday to Saturday.
Nightly rentals are allowed with a 2-night minimum stay (off-season only).

Pets Allowed - Up to 2 dogs with Pet Fee of $200 + tax per dog; 3rd Dog permitted for additional Pet Fee of $350 + tax. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Community Amenities: Community has Pool (Pool is typically open from late May to late October, weather permitting), Grills Access (Bluewater Cannot Guarantee Complex/Community Amenities will be in Service During the Time of your Stay).
