Ingredients
8 tablespoons unsalted butter softened ( 1 stick)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons molasses
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
one 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate morsales
A few pinches sea salt for sprinkling on top of cookies
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer, combine butter and sugars, beating until light and
fluffy
(approximately 2
minutes).
Add molasses, pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
