Carolyn, a native of Carteret County, lives in Emerald Isle after having lived in Raleigh for almost 30 years. During most of her years in Raleigh, she had a second home in Emerald Isle, which allowed her to keep a pulse on the local real estate market. She received her real estate license in the 1980s and has experience in buying and selling real estate, and in managing commercial and multi-family assets.
