Julie Perry is a Carteret County native and West Carteret High School graduate who joined Bluewater after spending 20+ years as an educator in the Carteret County School System. Julie graduated from ECU in 1993. She has two children, Kalen and Ryan, who attended Croatan High School and NC State University. Through years of teaching and coaching, she prides herself on building relationships within Carteret County, the community she grew up in and loves.
