Syndie has deep roots within Bluewater Real Estate being the company’s 1st employee from its conception in 1986. After a couple years in an administrative role, she developed a definite passion for helping buyers and sellers in their Crystal Coast real estate journey. Having been a full-time real estate broker since 1988 (yes, 35 years), experience and knowledge coupled with professionalism are her attributes. Syndie has extensive understanding of new construction & most recently exclusively represented the developers of Emerald Isle’s newest mixed-use community Village West. On a personal level, Syndie’s true passion is family. Both her sons, Brian and Tyler attended the Carteret County school system, graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, and have come back to Emerald Isle to plant their family roots. Her biggest joy is being CiCi to her granddaughters Arabella and Juliet! When she’s not helping Crystal Coast buyers and sellers achieve their goals, Syndie enjoys walking the beach in search of sea glass, boating, reading and traveling.
