Description

A Herd of Turtles is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 2 Living Room and Full Kitchen Almost Oceanfront home with a pool and a great ocean view! Enjoy the ocean breeze and view from the upper-level deck and take a quick walk to the oceanfront, just across the street and a few houses away. Relax in the private pool (free heating available during the shoulder season) and tiki bar after a long day of family activities. It's the perfect retreat during any time of year. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and three bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs with the Spectrum streaming app for local channels. The primary bedroom has a Vizio smart TV. Bring your passwords for streaming apps provided on the Smart TVs during the evenings or rainy afternoons or enjoy the family-friendly DVD library.

Ground Level: 1 Queen Bed, 2 Smart TVs, and 1 DVD Player. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave and a living area with a queen sleeper sofa.

Upper Level: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin, 1 twin bunk and 4 Smart TVs Fully Equipped Kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, blender

Amenities include: 14x30 Pool, 5 Roku Smart TVs, 1 Vizio Smart TV, DVD Player, DVD Library, Outdoor Tiki Bar, Book Library, Gas Grill, Covered Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture, Ceiling Fans, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower, Foosball table, High Speed Wireless Internet ,Central Heat and Air, and Washer/Dryer. Pool Heat with Heat Pump is available at no charge during shoulder season (weather permitting - heat pump cannot heat if temperature is below 55 degrees).

A Herd of Turtles was the perfect home for our family of 6. It was spacious and the beach access was only a short walk across the street. Our kids loved the pool and it being heated was an added bonus!!! There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach/pool toys to choose from so no need to pack any!! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals including a crockpot and a mixer. As always the Bluewater staff was friendly and accommodating. Emerald Isle is our favorite vacation getaway and we can't wait to return next summer!!!

Close to the beach and restaurants , pool was relaxing, home is well taken care of and plenty of utensils for all cooking, cleaning and maintenance needs. Also, maintenance was quick to replace the gas tanks on the grill! Easy check In and check out.

The property was great for a couple of families that want to get away. The location was excellent and we loved having the private pool available to us as well. Property was clean and allowed my family to feel that we were safely COVID distancing in a great location.

The location of this house was just perfect - a walk to the beach but with a great amount of privacy. The pool was lovely and our kids really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. We had a lovely time.
