Up to 2 dogs allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! Electric service is included up to a maximum allowance based on the property's number of bedrooms:
1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month
6+ Bedrooms: $375/month
Guest is responsible for electric service charges in excess of the maximum monthly allowance.
Pet Friendly Properties: Please confirm with your vacation specialist if this property allows pets and the non-refundable monthly pet fee.
Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos): Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.
