A Sandy Ridge is a gem of the Crystal coast....perfect place for family groups to gather...well maintained, fully stocked kitchen..commercial size washer/dryer we have been to EI since 1997...this home rates in the top 3 for us..on the list to return again!

The house is fantastic, kitchen is well stocked, great for large groups yet gives you private space. This was our 2nd year in this house.

We had a fabulous time at a Sandy Ridge. It was just a perfect home. Beautiful. Comfortable. Loved beach views from the open living space. Loved the many balconies. Loved the gazebo on the way to the beach. Loved the roomy well-equipped kitchen. Loved the 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Loved the ice maker. Loved that the home was child friendly. Loved the heated pool and hot tub, and so much more. Loved the beach and the waves. We can't say enough good about this lovely home. Many thanks to the home owner for creating a wonderful vacation home, perfect for a large family!

We love A Sandy Ridge because it has such a great spirit about it. The home has helped us bond each year as a family. As we have grown to 35 we have had to rent two other places as well, but we usually spend the days playing on the beach or in the pool.

A Sandy Ridge is a very nice property. It is situated close to the beach and the views are great! The covered gazebo was handy for storing beach items, so we did not have to carry them back and forth from the house. Beds were comfortable and the 2 tables in the living area made it possible for our group of 17 to all eat together. Outdoor furniture was especially nice and we were especially grateful the outside 'flooring' was splinter-free.
The only drawback was that the 2 bedrooms that shared a bath were both the 'bunk' rooms, and that meant 6 kids/teens were using the same bathroom. The 8th full bath was actually through the office on the 2nd floor, and was inconvenient to use.
The kitchen was well equipped, which was important since we had a child with severe allergies and a child who is diabetic, and we cooked most of our meals there.
The call from the owner was a thoughtful and gracious touch.

This is a great house for our family. Having two dining tables is important along with a large living area. It is close to Publix and Captain Willis where we shop. The pool and hot tub are enjoyed. The interior furnishings are nice.

A Sandy Ridge was a perfect house for our family (ages 3 through 73). It provided so many amenities we wanted another week to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and large for many of us to prepare meals and clean up after we were finished. The view from the top floor was like being on a cruise ship....beautiful views of the ocean. Lastly, the special touches -- owner's family paintings and book, for example .... gave the house a 'loved home' feel. Awesome experience!

Outstanding home for our large family. The teens took over the second floor. especially the pool table and foosball, and everyone loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The elevator was invaluable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Great layout, beautiful views, all around exceptional property. We send our condolences to Mrs. Sanders and truly appreciated her thoughtful call.

The elevator which serves all 4 levels, the wonderful pool and jacuzzi, the wonderful accommodations (bedrooms all had deck access and each had its own bath), the kitchen was well equipped (with the exception of one of the two dishwashers did not function correctly). The breathtaking view and very nice decor. There is actually adequate parking for 6 vehicles not just 5. This property made our family vacation a wonderful memory!

A Sandy Ridge is a wonderful property and great for families. Grandkids loved the Theater Room with big screen. The composite decks surrounding the pool and hot tub are perfect. The elevator goes all floors. The view and all the porches, the seating capacity in great room on top floor, the game room combine to make this a top home at Emerald Isle.

This is an amazing house and all 16 of us had a wonderful week...the kitchen is well appointed and the pool, gaming areas fantastic. we hope to be able to rent again in two years time.

'A Sandy Ridge' met all of our needs as far as a home away from home goes. It is especially nice to talk with the owner during the week of our visit. The location is perfect, the movie room brings us together in the evening, and the overall size meets our needs.

This was our fifth year at this property. It is laid out really nicely and the owners take a personal interest I our comfort. When it was reported that the air condition wasn't working the owners called to check on us. We love that this home offers a private pool and beach access.

We have been coming to A Sandy Ridge for five years or more, and before that to a variety of smaller houses that eventually could not accommodate our growing family. After much research we found A Sandy Ridge,a magic house, big enough to hold three generations--grandparents, children who are now parents and their children. Our week at Emerald Isle gives us a pricelss opportunity to reconnect and revive. When we cross the bridge that spans the sound and are enveloped in bright sunlight and blue skies, we feel we have come 'home' again!
