Thank you for your wonderful home! We were surprised by how well maintained and stocked the house was-we enjoyed the Shibumi shades, the sand toys, and puzzles. Our family rented both sides and we appreciated the adjoining doors. Although the weather did not cooperate, we still had a wonderful stay!

Renting was very easy and streamlined. The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and very tastefully decorated without going over the top. The non carpeted floors were a plus. It had one of the best stocked kitchens . We enjoy cooking means rather than going out.

The home was well-maintained and nicely furnished. The covered deck was perfect! We used those rockers and the high top table every day for almost every meal. The outdoor shower was also super convenient after swimming.

The location of this property was perfect for our family. We loved being beach front and thoroughly enjoyed the deck. The house had everything we needed and was clean! A wonderful week.

Location right on the beach. The deck was great with the overhang top. We share both sides East and West with another family member. We all had so much fun. There was everything you need there to enjoy family meals. The house was very spacious, clean, and decorated so cute. The out door shower was great to clean off the sand after enjoy the beach. i would definitely rent this again. Love it !!

At Anchor is owned by wonderful people that take much pride in their rentals. They are personable and are continuously upgrading the duplex .its very neat and clean. Prices are reasonable.
It's in a quieter area of the beach as well as close to restaurants and shopping areas.

At Anchor is cozy, clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. The porch offers nice shade, a beautiful view and plenty of comfortable rocking chairs. This was our second year renting At Anchor and we really appreciate all the upgrades. We also appreciate all the nice extras that helped make us including our fur baby feel welcome.

Our second time staying here because we loved it so much! Completely updated kitchen and extras to make it feel like home: cooking spices, cleaning supplies, and beds made. Great unobstructed views of the ocean and nice deck furniture as well as a huge window to view the outside when you get stuck inside. Perfect location because it's on the more narrow part of the island so it's not as crowded as other areas. Great oceanfront beach house--the owners have clearly done a great job with this property!

Weather was great! So was the Fishing! Home was beautiful and very well equipped. We rented both side for the entire family and our dogs. Perfect access to the beach. Great parking also.

We loved our stay at At Anchor West. The house is nicely decorated, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room for cooking. We had a wonderful trip this year that included a partial solar eclipse, shelling at Cape Lookout, and kayaking along the coast. We come to Emerald Isle every year to relax and recharge. At Anchor is a nice spot to do just that.

We had a wonderful week at At Anchor. Mother Nature cooperated with no rain and numerous surfing dolphins. The kitchen was very well equipped, in fact there were more frying pans than I could ever use. Bedrooms were comfortable. Living room was spacious with sitting for our party as was the deck. We have rented at least 3 other properties and liked this one the best. 5 star at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed that we walked right out the door and were right on the beach. The home was warm inviting and comfortable. The beds were so comfy and we slept great. The kitchen had everything. Loved that everything was all on one floor. Also that the property was pet friendly. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had televisions. Would be great if there was a television in each bedroom. Only problem with property was the dryer didn't dry towels and clothing in 45-60 minutes and needed to be run again for things to dry completely. We would like to rent the property again next year 2016 late June and or possibly both sides so that we could bring all of the family. How would we be able to find out what the cost is and if both sides were available at the same time. Please get back to me. Karen Barney

We love all the updates as we have stayed in this duplex before and of course, we love being beach front so we can fish. We love taking our sons little dog with us too. It is so nice to have a clean place and beds made when we get there which did not happen this year. But we still had a wonderful time and will return to rent with Bluewater as we have for many years now. THANK YOU!

Loved being so close to the ocean and really enjoyed the beautiful deck and deck furniture! Very nice house and well kept for being a pet friendly home! This was the first time we took our dogs to the beach and we really loved having them with us. We enjoyed our vacation very much and can't wait to book again for next summer!
