Beachy Keen is a wonderful Almost Oceanfront beach cottage that your family will just love to vacation in! Hitting the beach is easy, just located 2 lots from the ocean! This 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage has all living areas on one level. Take in all the salty air from the expansive outdoor decks and enjoy the incredible views from the observation deck! High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!

Ground Level: Charcoal Grill. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Living Area (fireplace not to be used) includes a Dining Area and a Kitchen/Bar with a Microwave and a Dishwasher with 55" HDTV and Blu-Ray Player. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin Bed with trundle and a Twin Bunk set. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Amenities include: Observation Deck, an Open Deck with a Table and Chairs, a Charcoal Grill, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Pack and Play, a High Chair, High Speed Internet, 3 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a CD Player, and a Washer/Dryer. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Linens and Towels provided without beds made for weekly stays only.

Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not provided with linen package.

Beachy Keen is a great house! It is a short walk to the beach, has a wonderful observation deck, and the house has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay.

We've been renting this same property for 20+ years. We are only two and most houses are too big (and expensive) for us. Thanks to the owners for keeping this property at a fairly reasonable price so we can continue to visit.

This was the fifth summer we've rented this property, and I still think it's one of the best bargains in Emerald Isle for a small family considering all of the amenities - size, layout, and well-maintained condition of the home; close proximity to beach access; awesome views for a second row house; nice outside shower; and a laundry room on the living level. We appreciate that it remains affordable and that small updates are made to the home each year . . . although in 2017 we're really pulling for a new couch. : )

Overall the house was great. Our family will definitely stay at this house again. The walk to the beach was awesome! Even though the house sits up getting in and out of the house was no problem. The decks on the house were amazing. Great views! The outside shower was a great plus. The home owner thought of every detail.

The house was wonderfull. I have never stayed anywhere that has been stocked so well , we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The layout was great and the views were awesome

Great cottage with easy beach access and good ocean views from deck and observation deck. We ate breakfast on the deck most mornings and looked out at the ocean. Kitchen is the best stocked on any place I have ever stayed which was great as I usually have to run out and buy at least one item. Nice arrangement with Master Bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side.

My family has been coming to Emerald Isle for over 30 years, and in that time I've stayed in many houses in the three-block radius that is Beachy Keen's neighborhood. I can genuinely say that Beachy Keen is one of the best overall houses I've rented based on its amenities and the weekly cost - it's a great value for all you get. It is a well-maintained home in a great location - the views for a 'second row' house, the laundry room upstairs, and the hot/cold outside shower are among my favorite things. We've rented it two years in a row, and it has been clean and comfortable both times. The open floor plan is a big plus, and the bedroom/bathroom layout works well for us. My husband would love it if the TV was upgraded :), but we're hoping to make it three in a row next summer.

We recently spent a week at Beachy Keen and wanted to be sure to let you know we loved our stay both in the house and the area of emerald isle, the ocean water and beach were wonderful and safe for everyone; we play mini golf, went to the movies, NC aquarium, DQ and Piggy Wiggly to shop. We are hoping to visit again soon.
