You will be surrounded by its classic style as soon as you walk through the door. You won¡t find any frills here, but this incredibly affordable oceanside 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is within walking distance to the ocean and neighborhood beach access.
Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. In-Ground Charcoal Grill.
Level One: Living Area, Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area with a Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Open Deck is just off the Living Area and has a Picnic Table. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed & a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
Amenities include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 2 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, an In-Ground Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Dishwasher, and an Open and Covered Deck. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located accross the street! There is also a playground for children!
