Level One: Large Living Area with a Flat Screen TV. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Dishwasher and Microwave. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. There is also a Full-Bath on this level.

Level Two: Oceanfront Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed and a Full-Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full-Bath.

Amenities include: 4 TVs with cable, 1 TV with streaming access, a DVD Player, a Stereo/CD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, Open and Covered Decks with Furniture, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, and a Charcoal Grill. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! We have rented Breaking Rollers before it was damaged in hurricane Florence. It is a beautiful ocean front home that accomodated our group very well. We love to fish and had the opportunity to do so every day! Breaking Rollers is well appointed, as well.

the kitchen size was great and the large dining table fit my family of 8 !
the house lay out was perfect for us !
Please ask home owner to purchase a GAS GRILL!
The grill at the house is charcoal. It takes too long !
I would even have brought my own propane tank!!
This is at least our 8th trip to Emerald Isle ! We love it !

The location of this home, the views and the spaciousness are excellent. We especially love the covered outdoor dining. The beach access cannot be beat. We would suggest that the quality of kitchen supplies be improved and the living room furniture is due to be replaced. (We stayed here 3 years ago, and we appreciate the new floors, countertops and fridge).

The home was in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. We would love to see some new rugs throughout the home, but this is minor. The large dining table was perfect for our group where we enjoyed a meal 2 times a day.

Big rooms, simple floor plan, beachfront, clean and comfortable!! Love the huge dining room table!! The beds were very comfortable and we loved that there are 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower!!! The decor was simple and attractive. Could use a bit bigger refrigerator. Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed every second of our stay!!

Our house had a private boardwalk to the beach, which was great with little kids. Multiple bathrooms were a definite plus with three families sharing the house, as was the roll-down garbage service (though we were on top of garbage), and keyless entry. We chose the Emerald Isle side, rather than Atlantic Beach, so our beach stay never felt too crowded on the waterfront, despite going over 4th of July weekend. Peaceful, convenient, nice clean home. We could hear the ocean every night, see it from the windows every morning. Plenty to do--we enjoyed the Aquarium, kite-flying, a Pirate cruise, and fresh seafood that we could cook ourselves. Would do again in a heartbeat.

This was our 3rd stay @ this property and our 5th booking with Bluewater, and as expected every thing was great.
We especially like Breaking Rollers. The 4 bedrooms works beautifully with our family, the location is lovely and the outside shower with hot and cold H2O is a big hit, but what stands out at this house is the art work. It really made the rental homey.
