The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool, a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access), and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo.
Colony By The Sea 307 is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top floor oceanside condo in Salter Path.
Total bedding includes 2 Kings and a Twin Sleeper.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 (loft) has a king bed with use of the hall shared bathroom. A Twin sleeper is also provided.

-The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes the parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc.
-Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the mass occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund.
