Description

Cross Pointe is oceanfront magic. This 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath home is just what you need for a beach front vacation! Cozy living areas, oceanfront bedrooms, private 14'x28' pool The pool may be heated for an additional $725/week + tax March through November; if the temp goes below 55° the pool heat pump will not work, fully stocked kitchen, wifi and nice sized televisions in all bedrooms as well as the main living area and theater room. There is also an in-home elevator that goes from ground level to level one.

Ground Level: is the Game room and Theater room and Full bath with pool access.

Level One: Is the main living space of the home with deck access, cozy living room area that has comfy leather couches, 2 Dining room tables and full kitchen with bar seating. Bedroom #1 is oceanfront with deck access, a Queen sized bed, Smart TV with Roku and shares a bath with Bedroom #2 that has 2 twin beds.

Level #2 has four bedrooms. Bedroom #3 which also is an oceanfront Queen bedroom with deck access and flat screen Smart TV with Roku. Bedroom #4 is the Master bedroom with its own private bath, King sized bed, deck access and flat screen Smart TV with Roku. Bedroom #5: has Twin/Double Bunk Set and Bedroom #6: has one queen bed. Bedroom #5 & #6 share a full bathroom.

Amenities Include: 8 Smart TV's with ROKU including theater room with Roku and streaming, 2 DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Bathrooms with Shower and Tubs, 2 Full baths with shower only, Private 14'x28' pool, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Private beach access, Game room and Gas Grill.

Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weeky stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Loved the location, within biking distance of restaurants & shopping, yet a nice quiet neighborhood. Cross Point is spacious, though still many steps since the elevator does not go to the top floor & 22 steps from the deck to the beach. Wonderful views!

Spacious. Wonderful view. Loved having the elevator, especially for our aging dogs. Nice having a pool with the house. Just be aware of the 21 steps to & from the beach at the end of the boardwalk from the house. Enjoyed the game room. Had a great time.

This was our second year at Cross Pointe. The location to amenities is ideal and the beachfront has not been overly crowded even though there is a neighborhood access very near. There is a feel of privacy without seclusion. The deck provides plenty of space for anyone who does not take to the sand! We enjoy the open concept of the kitchen and family room as that is where most of our time is spent. With two tables and the bar, 20 people can easily enjoy dinner without being too far separated. There is plenty of bed space (for at least 13-14) with room for air mattresses. This is definitely a place we hope to continue to rent!

Cross Pointe is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained property, with ocean views from the decks and the numerous south-facing windows that can't be beat. Ideal location on Emerald Isle--a short bike ride from shops & restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood on a gorgeous stretch of beach. We have stayed at many properties on EI over the years; Cross Pointe ranks very near the top.

It was a very nice house, but a bit pricey. And, the elevator did not go to the top floor (this was not stated in the description) Still, we enjoyed it very much and Bluewater personnel were excellent and friendly.
