Our stay was amazing as always. Dolphin View East has amazing views and the house was big enough for our family. There was one issue that was resolved by the Blue Water team very quickly! One of the criticisms we all had was that there was not enough lamps just extremely bright LCD bulbs in the ceiling! So night time was a little challenging. In addition the outside shower can use a little update! Otherwise everything was great!

The location and views were both amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone! Access to a charcoal and gas grill was great! We had a fabulous week!

beautiful ocean views.
great natural light during the day. however, at night there is only stark LED ceiling lighting in the living area and few lamps in rooms.

The location of the property is fantastic and is close to shopping, restaurants and everything we needed. The views of the sunrises, dolphins and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean were magical. Having such a well appointed kitchen allowed us to have fresh seafood dinners easily at the home. We haven't returned from a vacation so refreshed as we did from our time at Emerald Isle and Dophin View East! This is great home and we look forward to visiting it again in the future!

The duplex was furnished very well. The view was spectacular. Loved sitting on covered deck every morning for coffee and watching dolphins and gulls.

Very awesome location. Great views of the beach. Great house to rent for a family vacation. Beach wasn't over crowded which made it so nice to relax.

Love this recently remodeled house! Right on the beach with beautiful views... and 4 bedrooms... not 3!

Beautiful home. Great set up. Fantastic location. Fabulous views. Kitchen had the items we needed.
Very nice neighborhood. Secluded. Easy walking/biking to many places. Did I say fabulous views!

We always have a wonderful time in Emerald Isle !! Bluewater has wonderful homes and is a great place to rent from !! Our stay was bitterly cold and snowy, but the hot tub was a great way to enjoy the outdoors!! Not our walks on the beach but a great alternative!

The home is spacious with plenty of room for activities and relaxing. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped and we liked the large pantry. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The family room couch and chair are very comfy! It was nice to have the large coffee table to put together puzzles. There were tables for outdoor meals on both decks. All in all the house worked well for our family group of 10.

Furnished very nicely, kitchen also had all cooking needs, bed was comfortable. Hot tub in great condition. Loved low density neighborhood.
