Make family ties with this gorgeous new build home. At Family Tides the memories will abound in this 5 bedroom, 4.5 Bath Almost Oceanfront home! With a 16'x 35' private pool (may be heated for an addtional $650/week + tax) easy beach access and stunning views it is perfect for your family getaway.

Ground Level: Enter on the ground level and you w¡ll find a recreation area equipped with a TV, Foosball Table and fridge, along with Bedroom #1 that has a King Bed, a TV and a private bath with immaculate shower. This level also provides direct access to the pool and parking areas. Now, take the elevator or stairs up to level one or two.

Level One: On level one, you will find Bedroom #2, a master with a King bed, a TV and private bath with an immaculate shower. Bedroom #3 also boasts a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access and shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a 2 Twins, Deck Access and TV.

Level Two: On level two, you will love relaxing in the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large bar. The living area opens up to the deck, overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom #5 is also on this level and has a Queen Bed, Deck Access, a TV and a private bath.

Additional Amenities: 7 Flat Screen Smart TVs, 1 DVR player, Table, High Speed Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer, 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, Double Oven, Dishwasher, Keurig; Covered Decks, Deck Furniture, Gas Grill.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

This was our second stay at Family Tides. The home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The proximity to the beach and beach access is perfect. We also loved the touch this year of the box of toiletries in each bathroom and the kitchen items provided by Blue Water. We look forward to returning to Emerald Isle next year!

The location of Family Tides is unmatched by any other property we've ever stayed in on EI. The beach access directly across the street lead to longer beach days for our family and made for daily walks along the water. Comfortable house with plenty of room and well-accommodated for a family of six who enjoys cooking some meals together while on vacation. We appreciated the pet-friendly property to bring along our canine companion (although you wouldn't know it based on the very clean conditions of all the furnishings!). Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach!

We loved the views of the ocean from the house, the large heated pool, covered decks, proximity to the shops, spacious rooms, and amazing kitchen. The elevator also was crucial since we have a person with limited mobility.

This house was perfect for our needs. The elevator was fantastic, the pool was so nice and warm, the house was absolutely immaculate and as close as you could be to the beach without actually being oceanfront. We really appreciated the well stocked and well-appointed kitchen, because we didn't eat out at all. The neighborhood was perfect for those multiple-times per day dog walks, too. If you are expecting to do a lot of grilling, that might be a challenge because the grill was quite small and not up to the quality of the rest of the house. This is an absolutely beautiful home in a great location, and we would definitely stay there again.

The view was unbelievable and the easy access to the ocean directly across the street made us feel like we were almost oceanfront. The pool was a huge win, beautiful and spacious. Family Tides was very accommodating and in my opinion has one of the nicest and largest pools based on other similarly sized homes my family has stayed at. The close access to the beach, shops, and pier were also very nice and set this house apart from other nearly ocean front homes.
