Indulge your every beach Fanta Sea when you vacation at this tropical retreat! This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family friendly home is located on a private cul-de-sac in the beautiful Ocean Crest neighborhood of Emerald Isle. Free from traffic and noise and just a short stroll to the beach, Fanta Sea is only two blocks from the shopping, restaurants and activities in the heart of Emerald Isle! Bring your favorite tropical drink and relax on the screened patio overlooking the lovely private 15' X 30' pool. Pool can be heated from March 15th to October 31st at no charge; pool heat pump does not work if temperature goes below 55 degrees. Even with the ocean just around the corner, you will love the ambiance of the lush maritime forest surrounding this beautifully landscaped yard. After you watch the sun set, take an evening dip and enjoy the color-changing lights of the pool. The living room and all four bedrooms also have Roku Smart TVs with the Spectrum Streaming App for local channels.

Ground Level: Outside: Covered Parking in the carport, Gas Grill, Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower with changing area. Pool area has Polywood chaises and chairs with custom Sunbrella cushions, umbrella table and side tables. Interior: 1/2 Bath, storage room with beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach tote and cooler.

Level One: Open and airy Great Room has a large Roku Smart TV and DVD player. CD Player. Well-appointed Kitchen and breakfast bar has 3 stools and a microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen includes extra-large pancake griddle, oversized slow cooker and blender, too! Dining Area seats 6. Washer/Dryer closet. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Roku Smart TV and a Full Bath. Screened in back patio with 2 wicker chairs, a wicker rocker, a settee and table. Front deck has 2 rockers and a table.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Roku Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bed and a Double/Twin Bunk Bed (in the same room) with a Roku Smart TV. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, Roku Smart TV and access to the private deck. (Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 share a hall bath). Ceiling Fans in all rooms! Gas Grill is provided for your convenience. High Speed Wireless Internet Provided! Port-a-crib/playpen and a highchair for the little ones!

This company was wonderful to work with… everything from the day I rented the house until we left went smooth… the house was in a wonderful location, not too far from the beach, but it set back in trees so it was private with a nice breeze the entire time we stayed.

We've been renting Fanta Sea for 20 years and have never been disappointed. The home is very clean, beds are made and towels are provided. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk to various shops and grocery stores. A very safe and quiet neighborhood/Ocean Crest. Having a private pool and outside shower is a huge plus. The grandkids would be in the pool by 8 am, have lunch, go to the beach and return for more pool fun. A great home for our family to create new memories. We will be returning again!

The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt, go carts and most importantly ice cream! The house itself is a perfect size for our family of 8. We loved the pool and the location to the beach access. Would rent again, no question!

This is the 3rd time that I have rented Fanta Sea. Each time has been an awesome and amazing experience for my entire family aged 6 to 70 years old. Very clean from top to bottom inside as well as private pool. Cannot think of anything that is not supplied except groceries. Short walk to beach and shopping nearby. Bluewater makes check in and checkout fast and easy. Love this house and hope to rent it again

We loved the well supplied kitchen and all the beach accessories. We had a little one and they had everything we needed for him from a highchair to a beach tent. Our kids stayed in the pool day and night and loved it. We weren't prepared for all the stairs to the beach though, it made it a little difficult bringing our beach wagon.

Our vacation rental was perfect this year. This was our first time renting a property with a swimming pool and it was absolutely awesome. The grandkids had a blast swimming and great Nana really enjoyed sitting by the pool relaxing. The house in general was decorated very nicely and everything was in perfect working condition. I would highly recommend renting the property, but just not the week that I plan on going back next year.

Emerald Isle is our favorite place to visit. We come here once or twice a year. This was our first experience in Fanta Sea. We LOVED its location. It was private yet near the beach and shopping. The pool is amazing. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we have encountered on the Crystal Coast. It was a cozy family home away from home.

There was even a small cooler perfect for taking to Cape Lookout. We spent many hours relaxing on the screened in back porch. It was so nice to have our own pool to use anytime day or night. The storage room was filled with everything you would need for the beach and pool (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, floats). We wished we could stay there forever!
