Gone With The Waves is the perfect home for your next Crystal Coast vacation! You and your family will want to rent this beautiful 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Oceanfront Home! Located ocean front in the family-oriented town of Emerald Isle, Gone with the Waves has classical and charming decor throughout. With an oceanfront pool and hot tub with stunning views of the beach, you will never want to leave! Also with a wonderful enclosed yard that is perfect for furry friends!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Beds. Game Area, Den with TV and DVD player, and Wet bar.

Level One: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Deck Access to Pool Area.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 is the Master Bedroom and has a King Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed. All bedrooms have an attached bath.

Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet Provided, Game Room, Wet Bar, Washer/Dryer, Gourmet Kitchen, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Microwaves, 2 Dishwashers, Wine Refrigeration, Double Oven, Garbage Disposal, toaster oven, and toaster. Hot Tub, Private Pool, Outdoor Deck and Deck Furniture, Private Walkway to the Beach, Elliptical, Gas Grill, Pool Table, and Foosball Table, and Enclosed Yard. Pool may be heated for $650/week + tax.

NOTE:

Gas Log Fireplace NOT TO BE USED at any time.

Hot Tub attached to pool is wired to only heat when the pool is heated. There is an additional hot tub separate from the pool.

In water pool lights do not work. Use exterior lights to illuminate pool area.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

NO SMOKING.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

#19. POOL and HOT TERMS

POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges.

HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool and/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body.

Pool and Hot Tub maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool and/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool and/or Hot Tub.

We love the house, Oceans of Waves! We have a group of 5 couples and the house is perfect for us! Everything is always so clean and the house is maintained beautifully. The house is stocked and has everything we need. The hot tub and pool are beautiful and the views are gorgeous! Housekeeping does such a great job at keeping this house clean! Thank you Bluewater! We have stayed there 2 times and will book again.

We loved the location of the house and totally enjoyed the convenience of the beachfront house as well as the awesome views. The kids loved the pool! The house layout was perfect for our family of 10. We also love the convenience of the keypad locks and how that simplifies checking in and out. The night sky from this location is also beautiful.

Beautiful home, reminiscent of a southern plantation. Beautiful plush heavy furniture. No elevator but stairs were easy to maneuver. All bedrooms spacious, master bedroom bed was elevated- so may need a boost (or ladder or step) to get in to the bed (not kidding). Lots and lots of puzzles, games and books which were appreciated bc we had a few rainy days. Multiple sitting room spaces (den, formal dining room, basement with bar/pool table)so if you travel with a large group no one feels crowded.Pool was nice but deck floor will need attention soon as paint was coming up and you had to be careful walking not to get splinters in your feet. Wonderful cushioned deck furniture was a plus as well as new kitchen appliances Would have appreciated direction to electronic system/tv, surround speaker system etc. No pantry for placing bought food items for the week (we moved some pots and pans and made a space in one of the cupboards and drawers) Would have appreciated written info re: trash services and procedures. Over all a beautiful house with a beautiful view.

Perfect floor plan for our group, every bedroom with private bath and deck access, 1st floor (kitchen, tv room, bar, pool table, exercise room) being separated from 3rd floor bedrooms meant no one had to be quiet when someone was sleeping. Outdoor spaces have great flow from main living area to pool, grill, beach. Well stocked kitchen, had absolutely everything we needed.

The beachfront location of this home allowed for weeks of ocean fun and enjoyment and was centrally located to attractions, shopping, and if needed, medical facilities. Amenities that were included, provided everything that a family could possibly need while vacationing.

Gone With The Wind is a great house!! Our family especially enjoyed the great outdoor space right off the main floor. Our granddaughters enjoyed jumping in the pool firsts thing in the morning as we enjoyed coffee under the covered patio. Also enjoyed the hot tub being ocean side where we could soak while taking in the great ocean views! This house had enough space for our family of ten with each couple and granddaughters having our own bedroom and bath room. Would definitely rent this house again.

This is no doubt one of the nicest Oceanside homes on Emerald Isle. As you can see from the pictures, it is certainly well designed and very elegantly appointed with the 2nd level living area and the pool/deck/hot tub/grill area right in front-Oceanside. The house is also located on one of the nicest areas of the beautiful Emerald Isle beach. The expansive porches, built-in patio grill and gas campfire pit on the patio all added to our wonderful experience. Sincere thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us so we could create our own special family memories.

We loved the location of the home it was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The outside deck and pool area was wonderful; the fire pit on the beach was an unexpected wow. The home had many amenities that made it special including the gourmet kitchen that allowed our meals to be prepared with ease and plenty of seating for our family.
The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean, each with a private bathroom was a real plus!
Our weather was perfect all week long, we spent most of our time on the beach, in and around the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, it was a great vacation.

This was our second time staying in the beautiful Gone With the Wind! The new owners have enhanced the home even more so with gorgeous surroundings inside and out! The house is luxurious with comfortable and unique furnishings and the finest bedding. The added flowers and landscaping were so lovely. The pool is awesome and is located just off the living area level that offers a clear view of the ocean. The hot tub offers the same view as well. This all addes up to a completely relaxing and fun time - a real treat! Our family has created many wonderful memories at Gone With the Wind. This is our third year visiting Emerald Isle and we have used Bluewater Realty each time - the staff is professional and friendly to work with and they make check in and check out a breeze! Thank you!
