However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).

This beach home is recently beautifully renovated inside with gorgeous views from the main floor windows of the coast. Perfect location near the Point at Emerald Isle. All appliances, AC, water heater, etc. worked perfectly fine for a family of 8. A perfect getaway spot for families.

We loved the location! Perfectly quiet beach and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We also loved that the home had both a downstairs and upstairs sitting area.

This house was wonderful. It felt so comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the hanging out on the huge deck. The beach was great, lots of shells. We had 5 adults and one dog and we all had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again. When we made our reservation, the woman we talked to was extremely helpful. A great experience all around.
