Beautiful Ocean Views from upper deck. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath private wooded home has specious outdoor decks and just a minute walk to the beach! Updated Bathrooms in recent years. Home is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Ground Level: Covered Parking for up to 2 Cars. Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower. Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer and sink.

Level One: The Open Concept living area has multiple access points to the outdoor decks and opens nicely to the Dining Area and Kitchen. The Dining Area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the Kitchen Bar. The Fully-Equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar, dishwasher and& microwave. The living area has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, Full Bath with rain shower and dressing area, and direct access to the deck. Bedroom # 2 has a Queen Bed and a Shared Full Bathroom right outside of the door. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and access to the Shared Full Bathroom directly outside of the door.

Additional Amenities Include: YouTube TV (85+ channels) provided through the internet streaming service. One Smart TV and one TV with Roku-based streaming access. Renters can log into their own personal accounts on services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

NOTE: Fireplace and Beach Butler lift are not available for use at any time. No grills on the deck or within 10 feet of the house.

No Smoking.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

The house is beautiful and clean! Loved the sheets and towels that were provided that was a huge relief. We would absolutely go back to this home. Thank you.

Renting the vacation home through Bluewater could not have been easier! Texts and emails kept us informed of the keyless entry process, which is so much more convenient than having to go into a rental office to obtain keys. The vacation home was lovely and just as pictured and described on the Bluewater website. The house was very clean, the beds were made and towels were in each room. (It was so nice to not have to pack sheets and towels!). We would definitely use Bluewater again for rentals and are hoping to be able to rent the Hollandaise again in the future!

This house is a 2 minute walk to the beach, very private and comfortable setup. The decks are amazing. We have been renting from Bluewater for 13 years and this house is one of our favorites. The staff was super helpful when we changed our reservation time/location a few months prior.

This house was great for our family of four. It was a great location to the beach and a quick 2 minute walk. We would definitely rent this place again. We loved the remodeled decks and bathrooms. Thanks for a great week.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hollandaise property. The floor plan is very good. The parking arrangement is good. We appreciated the house being further back on the lot from the street; which gave us more privacy. The top observation deck is great; we ate dinner up there one evening.

Beautiful bathrooms, deck and a perfect location. . . . short walk to the beach and nice neighborhood for an evening strolls. Love the setting of this cottage which offered quiet privacy.
