Just Enough is a 4 Bedroom 4 Full-Bath, One level, Almost Oceanfront Home Located in Emerald Isle. Just Enough Private Pool - Relax with the family poolside or in the cabana room. Pool can be heated for fee of $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool heat pump will not work. Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience. A Fenced Yard makes it perfect for families and dogs!

Level One is tastefully furnished with Pottery Barn Furniture and decorated with original artwork, and you will feel right at home in this rare island find.

1 King Bedroom with En Suite, 2 Queen Bedrooms both with En Suite, Twin Daybed with twin trundle in the Sunroom and Queen Sleeper in the Living Room.

Just Enough is also a convenient 2-minute walk from the beachfront!

Additional Amenities: Private Pool, Charcoal Grill, patio table, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 Blu-Ray Players, all TVs have ROKU so you can sign-in and stream your favorite channels. Spectrum Provided. Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Blender and Slow Cooker.

Up to 2 Dogs under 30 lbs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

This home was far more than "Just Enough"! It greatly exceeded our expectations. Clean, fresh smelling, very spacious and just gorgeous. The owners obviously take great pride and expense in maintaining the home, grounds and decor. The grounds were beautiful with live flowers, succulents everywhere. Both inside and out. Pool was beautiful and clean. You must walk around corner or be dropped off at beach area. No direct access from front of home at street. Less than 10 minute walk But we will definitely stay again. Wish I could share my photos of the greenery and plants and deck.

We absolutely love this home. The owner's have done a beautiful job with every detail. This is the third time staying here and would really not want to stay any other place! Thank you for including our dogs ..we do not go anywhere without them and they love the beach.

This was my 2nd time renting Just Enough and I plan on renting it every year. It's so relaxing, clean and really beautifully decorated. I invited my parents on this trip and they have already booked the house for 2 weeks in October.

Just Enough is a beautiful home! The deck and pool area is wonderful. The back of the property is fully fenced, making it safe for children and pets. The home was beautifully furnished and had all of the kitchen goods necessary for staying in for dinner. This was our second stay at this property. We love it and will visit again.

This house is absolutely awesome! It was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The house had everything you could possibly want and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were great. The pool area was AWESOME too! Our dog LOVED this house just as much. Which means a lot to us because Laydee travels with us every year. The back porch was very relaxing as well. We had many different seating areas to pick from and the plants and the view were just beautiful! The owners really planned out this beautiful house with the comfort of others in mind. There's so much more to say about Just Enough...It's more then enough! We LOVED it and I'm sure you will too!

Home was beautiful, really loved the two level porch facing the ocean! Only drawback was the driveway. Very difficult if you have more than two cars using it.

We loved our stay at Just Enough! The location was great and it was a perfect fit for our dog to be able to go in the fenced in back yard!!! We did not get to enjoy the pool due to it being a little cool in March, however we made perfect use of the deck and the beach! Our ONLY issue was that the beds were too hard and made for sleeping comfortably a challenge. Great job on the renovation.. it is beautiful!!!

Overall great property for the family that needs the room. 4 beds / 4 baths worked great for my family of 8. Only a block from the beach with some ocean views and with a pool was the best of all worlds for our family. Newer property so still needs some of the kinks worked out, but a great value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone with large family.

Great rental property that has been beautifully renovated and landscaped. We really enjoyed having a one level house, pet-friendly, covered and open deck, bathroom for each bedroom, private pool and fenced yard! We loved having the open storage space under the house for all of our beach gear and bikes. One of the only negatives was maneuvering multiple large vehicles in the driveway.
