Description

License to Chill is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, almost oceanfront home located in Emerald Isle! Your whole family will have a License to Chill on the beach all day with the public beach access located right across the street or in the Private Pool (may be heated for $650/week + tax; if temperature is below 55 degrees, pool heat pump will not work. After Chillin' on the beach all day, relax, and take in a sunset from the outdoor decks with deck furniture. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a Smart TV. Master Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a Temperpedic Mattress and a Smart TV. Living Area has a Smart TV, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a Blu-Ray DVD Player.

Additional Amenities Include: 5 Smart TVs,1 Blu-Ray Player, 2 DVD Players, High Speed Wireless Internet, Free Long Distance Service, Outdoor Decks, Covered Decks, Deck Furniture, Covered Parking, Water Treatment System, Pack n Play Baby/toddler Seat, Hammock, Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher and Gas Grill.

Up to 2 dogs Allowed with All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).

What a great location! Our family of 5 plus our Golden Retriever had such an awesome time celebrating Thanksgiving week at License To Chill. It was so nice to be able to bring our pup with us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving spread, and the location was SO CLOSE to the beach access. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. My husband and I aren't used to sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress, and it wasn't our favorite, but the kids all said their beds were SUPER comfy!

We had an amazing time vacationing at License to Chill. We loved having the private pool and the beach a block away. The house was well stocked, (from kitchenware to movies and games), clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the decorated rooms.

Wonderful rental! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable space. Each room is beautifully decorated, the bathrooms were clean and functional and the extras like games, Wii, bikes and beach gear were an added bonus. Easiest walk to the beach we've had yet. Brought our dogs and they loved it too.Hope to rent this home again!

License to Chill is a fabulous place to spend a week at the beach. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. This was our second year staying at this location and we had a great time including relaxing at the house, delicious dinners at local restaurants, beautiful weather and we watched the solar eclipse on the beach.

This property was perfect for our family. I loved the way in which it was set up with 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on each side of the house and the common area in the middle. From the moment that we stepped into the house, we felt comfortable and enjoyed our entire stay at License to Chill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could think of for what you would need to cook during your stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck during all hours of the day and having the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves coming in completely soothe us. If the opportunity allows us, we will definitely rent this house again - it was one of the best vacations as a family that we have ever had! Thank you for sharing your home with us - it was genuinely perfect in every way!

We had a perfect week at License to Chill! We were right at the beach and the amenities were everything we could have asked for- plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes, labeled electronics and kitchenware, games, DVDs, etc.! We had two family dogs and the fenced in area for them to dry off after the outdoor shower was much appreciated. The property was brightly decorated and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this location and hope to be back in the future!

This house was great! It is very clean and well maintained. The beach access is very close, just a very short walk to the end of the street. My kids enjoyed their scooters and skateboards on the concrete area under the house. The house design is great - two bedrooms/1 bathroom on either side of the living area, with doors that can close off each bedroom/bathroom area from the living room. My kids also loved the Wii during rainy afternoons. I would definitely rent this house again.

Thank You for a great vacation to the Crystal Coast! 'Licence to Chill' was a perfect house for our family with kids ranging from 4-11 years old. It was centrally located on the island for great access to Emerald Isle shopping as well as Atlantic Beach and Fort Macon. The house was on a quiet street with beach access less than a minute walk away. It was great to sit on the porch and hear the ocean. 'Licence to Chill' was EXACTLY as it looked in the pictures...we loved the Disney details and appreciated the quality electronics and furniture. The house was packed with fun games and movies, as well as lots of beach goodies. There was awesome outdoor storage for beach equipment. We could not have picked a better house for our week!

This house was wonderful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very close to the beach, just a short block walk. We could also see the ocean from the deck off the living room! All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids also enjoyed being able to ride there scooters underneath the house when we weren't on the beach.
