Ground Level: Covered parking is available on this level of the home. The carport also includes an electric vehicle charging station!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #2 has a double/double bunk bed set, a TV, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access. There is also a media room located on this level of the home that boasts a TV, and a convenient kitchenette. You can find the game room on level one as well, with a TV, a full bathroom, deck access, and a plethora of games for your entertainment!

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has two twin beds, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #5 has a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #6 has a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #7 has a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom, and deck access.

Level Three: Bedroom #8 has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. This is the level of the home that houses the living area, the kitchen, and two dining spaces. Amenities Included: This Atlantic Beach gem is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! A convenient interior washer and dryer are available - toss your towels in the dryer after a day of fun in the sun so they are ready to return to the sand when you are. There are flat-screen TVs dispersed throughout the home for your entertainment pleasure. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom along with its own deck access! Hello, convenience! A home theater system is present as well as a private walkway to the beach and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing the salt and sand away after a long day at the shore! Two stand-alone ice makers are just perfect for filling up your cooler before heading to the beach for the day!

Special Notes:

-The pool light is controlled by a remote that is hanging on the wall in the property. Guests will incur an additional charge of $100 if the pool light remote is lost.

-POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.
