Nina Street House is a spacious 2-bedroom and 1.5-bath 3rd Row Vacation Home, with a private Gazebo and Hot Tub!

Nina Street House is located on a large, secluded wooded lot within walking distance to the ocean. This class beach home is perfectly located to be within a short drive to the local sights and sounds of the Crystal Coast, including historic Swansboro, and a scenic drive to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and even the charming town of Beaufort.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Large, open Living Area has a huge Gas-Log Fireplace! Sitting Area is just off the Living Area. Half Bath. Dining Area has access to a spacious deck with furniture for outside dining! Kitchen Area has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Tall Cathedral ceilings throughout! Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized Memory Foam Mattress. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a Bath.

Level Two: Loft Area contains a sofa - a perfect place to just hang out and enjoy the company of others!

Nina's house was great! Really private and a very short walk to the beach! The loft offer 2 twin size beds, love seat and TV! House has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Would recommend this place to anyone!

This was out seventh year in Emerald Isle. We love the Nina house because it has personal touches that the owner has contributed & trusts us to take care of such as art, books, games. It sits in a very shaded lot with a wonderful long deck. The house feels lived in and not a modern new construction property. The walk to the very nice beach access is nearby. Always fun to walk down in the evening for some star gazing.

Great house - airy, with lots of space for kids to play in, a shady porch, a great whirlpool, and very close to a lovely part of the beach.

The Nina Street beach house had a homey feel to it. We thouroughly enjoyed the location wit only a short walk to the beach as well as the hot tub and outside deck. Vacationing at Emeral Isle is one of the best family traditions that we ever started!
