Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private whirlpool tub! 9B2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath with a Whirlpool Tub and Shower and access to a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a twin over full bunk. Full Bath in Hall. Oceanfront Living Area has an oceanfront deck with furniture and panoramic views. Oceanfront Dining Area also has great views. Kitchen Area has a microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker and dishwasher.

Additional Amenities: 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player, Free Long Distance in the US, Central Heat and Air, Washer/Dryer, Granite Counter Tops, Keurig Coffee Maker, Master Bath, Laminate Flooring throughout Condo. Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower.

Updated and clean beautiful ocean front view!

My family and I went off season. This worked out perfectly, as the weather warmed enough to be enjoyable along the beach (though not warm enough to swim). The condo is very cute and welcoming. It had a lot of conveniences I wouldn't have wanted to do without during our stay like a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, several TVs, and even a corner with books and board games. The master bathroom has a fantastic shower that is separate from the tub. The condo has beachside access and a roomy back balcony that connects to the master bedroom. The condo is close to several shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the acquarium. Even in the winter, there was plenty to do and explore. Would highly recommend staying here in any season.

We loved being so close to the ocean. It was nice to be in a gated community, and I felt centrally located. The condo is laid out well and though we had neighbors beside and below us, we had plenty of privacy.

Being on oceanfront is the best. We have stayed at Ocean Reef before but not oceanfront. It is the best.

This home was cute, cozy, tasteful and most important - clean! We loved everything about it, no complaints, and would love to stay here again in the future. Perfect beach view and private access, lots of hooks inside to hang our wet beach gear.

Kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable and updated. We have children and it was nice to not have an abundance of trinkets that we had to move to higher ground and then reset when we left.

Ocean Reef 9B2 is a very cozy, inviting condo. We have stayed in this unit for 10 years. It has one of the best ocean views on the island, watching sunrises and sunsets. Great shower in the master bath too!

Perfect Beach Week! This unit was wonderful, no complaints. Amazing location and such easy access to the beach. Enjoyed watching the dolphins daily from the porch. Beautiful unit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, etc. Everything we needed to cook great meals was right there. Loved staying here and looking forward to staying again.

This is our second time staying at this condo, two years apart. It is a perfect location in the middle of the island and the grounds and pool are maticulously kept. The condo is well furnished and had updated furntiture since our last stay which was very nice. The third level deck is perfect for sunning and people watching in the day and watching stars or the occasional lightning storm at night. There was a new washer/dryer that worked very well- we did not bring anything home dirty!!! The cups, wine glasses and utensils could use some updating but otherwise this is a beautiful and well stocked vacation getaway.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and has perfect ocean front views. The condo itself is non-smoking, however the condo complex clearly is not non-smoking, which can make for a stinky vacation. If it weren't for that, I would rate this unit 4 or 5 stars!

This unit is tastefully decorated and has all necessary accommodations. A very comfortable place to stay at the beach. We especially love the view from the balcony all day long and the great chairs outside!
