In addition, you have access to a phone within the property that allows free, unlimited phone calls within the U.S. for your convenience.
Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a fully covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two vehicles comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks and closets complete the rooms on this level.
Level Two features open concept floor plan including an oceanfront living room opening to a beautiful dining area and completed with the gourmet kitchen and bar area for additional dining. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views of the Atlantic and excitement at the Atlantic Beach Circle. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).
