Play tennis or grill-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Work out and swim in the new fitness room and indoor swimming pool.

Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

A-205 is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo on the second floor that boast beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Enjoy a lazy afternoon, lounging on the oceanfront deck and taking in the salty air. Living area has a Flat Screen TV, Leather Recliner and direct access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool and ocean! Dining area. Wet bar. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, direct access to the covered deck & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV, and small balcony. Bedroom #3 with 2 Twins, TV, and access to the small balcony. There is a Shared Bath for Bedroom #2 and #3. Washer & Dryer.

Newly upated window, blinds, and sliding glass door for living area. New sliding glass door in Master Bedroom.

Linens and Towels Provided (weekly stays only)!

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly only, Sunday to Sunday.

The location of the condo was perfect for us. We have a 2 year old and a 2 month old. Getting to and from the beach and pool was easy. Also, we were very close to the main road on the island.

We absolutely LOVED our condo! The beach/pool were less than a minute walk, it was super convenient seeing as we had two babies under 2. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, and the view off of the deck was phenomenal. Made us consider another trip at the end of the summer!

The accommodations were perfect. The whole experience from reserving to check-in to check-out has always been so easy with Bluewater. The unit and property was clean and met all our needs. We will continue to come back yearly!

We had the best time during our stay at Pebble Beach unit A-205 we are already looking at dates for when we can go back! Booking was easy and the Bluewater staff was super friendly! The unit we stayed in was beautiful and had a surrounding balcony that looked out to the ocean which we absolutely loved! The pool was clean and we didn't have a long walk to the beach. It was also nice that this complex was close to the grocery, ice cream, shopping and restaurants. We had plenty of linens and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well! I can't say enough good things! I can't wait for our next stay!
