A-307 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Oceanfront Condo. The living area overlooks the oceanfront pool, has deck access to take in the beautiful views of the ocean, and features a Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix access, sofa and love seat. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom including Deck Access with ocean views, King Size Bed, Fat Screen Television, and has a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size Bed and Flat Screen Television. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and Flat Screen Television. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full hallway bath.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in. Rental Company dashboard parking passes are YELLOW this year. Not orange as was previously stated. The most important thing is that the pass says 2023. Please fill out the information and unit number before giving them to a rental company. If there is a problem with the car then security will not know what door to knock on.
WORK ORDERS:
If you have a work need, please go to the website and click on the tab for "Work Order" then "Add A Work Order". If it is a true emergency then call security or CCMC right away. Examples would be Water breaks, deck or stairway separations, glass fallen in the pool itself, feces in the pool.
Rents Weekly Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
