Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room.. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

F-208 Pebble Beach is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Condo on two levels.

DOWNSTAIRS: The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Cathedral Ceiling and faces the indoor/outdoor pool. Balcony with furniture is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the Loft Bedroom which has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

2 DVD players, Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Beach Chairs.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday.

Our rental was great! We loved how clean it was. It was a perfect size for my family of three. We loved the view of the pool, because we were able to see when it was less crowded and run over there.

We have been renting from Bluewater for almost 26 years now. We have always stayed at the Pebble Beach Condo Complex. It really is like coming home every time. Each condo we rent is very clean and has everything we need to have a great week. Last week was no exception. We are actually coming back to Emerald Isle and Pebble Beach again in July. Cannot wait to get back to my happy place!

Pebble beach was great and the condo was too! Only things we didn't enjoy was not ocean view, but otherwise was just as stated in description!

The unit was nice and well equipped. Very comfortable. Must be able to climb steps getting to it. Would rent this unit again.

The Pebble Beach area was the perfect location for all our needs. Close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, pools and beach. It was quiet and safe. We couldn't have asked for a better location to visit Emerald Isle!

This property was very accommodating and had a great beach vibe to it. We stayed for a week with a 3 year old and a 5 year old and everything was the best we could have imagined it to be. Very clean, beautiful natural light in almost every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a family would need to be able to cook meals for the family. Dvd or bluray players for the kids to enjoy, a beautiful view of the smaller pool. Overall we couldn't have been happier with our first family beach vacation at this property with this rental company. We will definitely be returning and of course will be booking with blue water again. Thanks for a wonderful beach vacation at a beautiful property!! ❤️❤️
