Come enjoy our little slice of heaven at Pennies From Heaven a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Almost Oceanfront Vacation Home, located in the secluded area of the island called The Point. The Point is the perfect place for shelling, surf fishing and secluded beach walks! Pennies From Heaven offers Ocean, Sound and Inlet views and is approximately 350 ft. to the ocean! Easy beach access is just across the street (see photos)! Enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze of the Crystal Coast on the Open and Covered Decks! If you'd rather be web-surfing than ocean surfing, no worries! Pennies From Heaven provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access! Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Bedrooms #1 and #2 have Queen beds. Bedroom #3 1 Double/Twin Bunk. Level Two: Living Area. Beautifully-decorated Living Room, with a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV and Oceanview Bistro seating for two. Dining with seating for eight, and additional Bar seating for four. Kitchen has a Dishwasher, Microwave & Icemaker. Additional Amenities: 3 Color Cable TVs (1 is a 42" High-Definition Flatscreen TV on Level Two), 3 DVD Players, Bose Sound CD Player, Bluetooth Speaker, Answering Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum stay, off-season only.

Our house was in excellent condition. Everything worked as it should. We enjoyed the comfort it offered. Porches front and back on both levels.

My Wife and I have vacationed at Pennies from Heaven at least 7 times. First, it's perfect for the two of us and my Sister when I can persuade her to tag along. Second it's a great location. Third, it is well equipped for cooking and dining in, particularly if you're just not comfortable around groups during Covid. My suggestions for improvements are the sofas may be due for replacement as well as considering replacing the existing wooden porch rails with the heavy duty PVC rail system. But, the owners always keep the cottage in great condition.

We loved the views surrounding the home. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and we absolutely loved it!!! The beach was so beautiful! We lucked out with incredible weather. It was a good walk to the beach from the house (which we did not mind), but guests should be aware. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and had all the utensils needed for us to cook nightly. It was helpful that linens were provided and one less thing we had to pack for the trip.

When I saw this I was interested but after doing a little more research on The Point, I was sold and booked immediately. We were not disappointed! The location is unbeatable and the beach is incredible - and quiet and full of wildlife. The house is tucked away but both beach accesses are a few minutes walk and all the stores are a few minutes drive away. The house itself had an awesome layout and is beautifully updated and well stocked with anything you could need and has views of both the sound and the beach. Five stars. Just a fantastic family trip all the way around! By the way if you have small children, at low tide a kiddie pool forms on the beach. Take the furthest access, turn left and walk straight. Incredible!

This is a well kept, lovely house. The views from the front and back deck are wonderful. If you want to sleep in in the mornings and someone is upstairs, forget it. It's as if there is no buffer between floors. But other than that, it's great.
