Exactly as advertised. Pictures were accurate. Especially liked the direct access to the beach. Appreciated Blue Waters proactive emails and information. We felt informed all the way.

I have been coming to Emerald Isle for many years. This was one of the nicest condos that I have stayed in. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. Great location.

We loved the keyless entry and self check-in/check-out. The home that we rented was clean and in good repair. The kitchen was well furnished. The only recommendation for improvement would be the addition of a Kuerig, or similar single cup coffee maker for the convenience of vacationers.

Our stay was excellent! Right on the beach, just the way we like it. Pier Point 3b2 was beautiful, clean, and equipt with everything we needed and more. Beach was clean and never too many people. We were able to do all the things enjoy; riding the waves, finding shells and shark teeth,and I caught more fish this stay than I ever had before.

Just enjoyed another beautiful week at Pier Point! This unit is nicely equipped with cookware, but bring a paring knife if you need to peel anything...we cook a lot and I forgot to bring one, but with only that one thing I needed I feel it was great!! Clean, great location, beautiful view...no complaints!!
When our children come with grandchildren we rent a bigger place...but always use Bluewater!

Overall very nice. Clean, great floor plan. Awesome deck overlooking the ocean that is shaded nearly all day. Owners should really consider upgrading kitchen items (i.e. stove, skillets, utensils) also mattresses and definitely those shower heads.

Homeowner has replaced the shower head in master bathroom and added a new set of kitchen pots, pans and a pairing knife

Stayed at Pier Pointe 3b2 June 11-18 of 2017. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils, even had a crockpot. We also really enjoyed the pool which is nice and clean and not too cold! The best thing about the condo is the beachfront deck. Always in the shade and the view is amazing! And even though the neighbors deck is really close it still felt very private. We spent most of our time on the deck! Just a short walk to the beach which is busy but not overly crowded. We will definitely be back and will use Bluewater Rentals again!

We have stayed in this unit before and always liked it but wanted to mention that the kitchen was in really good shape with new cookware---nice new skillets that are not scratched, new bowls, measuring utensils. We do a lot of cooking so very very pleased! The condo was very clean with a beautiful view. We were there November 2016 and enjoyed our visit very much. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful--hues of orange and yellow while the sunrise were pink and purple. Dolphin were putting on a show daily! Would definitely rent this unit again. We were suppose to be there the weekend hurricane Matthew hit and could not get through North Carolina but the staff at Bluewater were so helpful and were able to arrange another week for us! Thank you Bluewater for making this trip possible and making our stay so pleasant!

Pier Pointe condo 3B2 in building 2805 is in a perfect location for us. It is close to the ocean with direct and private access to the family oriented beach. We also like the second floor as you are high enough to fully enjoy the view, but also have shading from the third floor deck. The condo is decorated lovely with unique and colorful paintings. The furnishings and beds are comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen accessories and entertainment options are adequate. The one thing I would suggest is another couple of rockers on the deck. The view is restricted by the deck railing on the chairs that sit low. We had minor condo access and cooling issues, but Bluewater responded beautifully with timeliness and a demonstration of commitment to customer service. We love Emerald Isle, which has gone to the top of our list for beach destinations.

This unit has a fantastic view, is very clean and very comfortable. The bed in the master is excellent, very comfy! The master bath is fantastic, loved relaxing with the jets in the giant tub. I cook from scratch and the kitchen met with all my needs except a very sharp knife, just bring one from home. Being a middle unit I found plenty of noise from folks walking around in the unit above. Bring something to block out the light in the bedrooms, they are not dark because the property is well lighted at night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this Pier Pointe property, which has spectacular ocean views. The updated living room decor is very nice and the entire condo is bright and a great place to stay.

Location, Location, Location. Rental was very clean when we arrived, very comfy and nicely decorated. Views were amazing, and only steps to the sand. Kitchen could have been stocked with better cook wear (we love to cook). Over all this was a great vacation, we came for relaxation and that's exactly what we got !! Would certainly rent with Blue Water again, would certainly rent this unit again.

This property has a wonderful oceanfront view which we could enjoy from the living room, dining room, covered front porch, and even one bedroom. Having linens provided, free WiFi, and our own washer/dryer combo made this choice a perfect one for our vacation.
