Our stay in Point Emerald was great. The condo was perfect! Beautiful view. We were there during hurricane Ian, and I appreciated the timely updates on the approaching storm too. I have always had a pleasant experience with Bluewater, and will definitely be back.

We loved the condo and the ease of access to the beach and the pool and the view was amazing. It needs a little updating, but overall it was comfortable. It is really quiet on this end of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was well appointed, we especially liked that there were dishes, glass ware and cutlery galore.
We have stayed at Point Emerald Villas numerous times, but this was our first time in building A. We loved the ocean view.

We absolutely loved the condo. We had stayed in a different building before. The view was wonderful and we could keep track of our stuff on the beach from our condo. It was great having an elevator and the condo was nicely decorated. Having three tv's was nice. We would definitely stay there again. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were on the side of the ramp boardwalk so no steps going to the beach which was great for me since I had two knee replacements in the last few months. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen.

The location was a beachfront unit with fabulous views. Sunrises and sunsets were both visible from the covered deck. The elevator was a great bonus.

The view was gorgeous, I had lots of deer walk by and lots of Monarch Butterflies fly by too...weather was great, very relaxing time..thanks so much...

Point Emerald Villa A208 was a wonderfully appointed unit! Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, too!
It's a shame the seal is broken on the living room window, creating that cloud-like appearance (we have had that occur at home and we know how frustrating and expensive it is to fix!)
It was another enjoyable experience vacationing in Emerald Isle, Point Emerld Villas and our friends/owners of A205!
We would definitely contemplate staying in this unit again!

We have been to Emerald Isle 6 years in a row. We love the soft sand of the beach and temperature and beauty of the water. It is never crowded on our section of the beach and it is quiet at night. Anything you would need is easily accessible in the nearby shopping centers. Our guests who have been to other Outer Banks beaches say this beach is the best.

The ocean view is what we love most about this condo location. We have plenty of space for our family of 6. The ocean is located on one side and the pool is located on the other. We use the outdoor grills that are available quite often. We are also minutes from shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

Pros: Great ocean view and the high porch chairs made it even better. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture and decor. Cons: Latches on the doors are needed to keep maintenance people from walking in unannounced, which happened to us. One screen door kept falling off the track and the blinds at that door are falling apart. I'd definitely stay in this unit again. Bluewater is great.

The weather could not have been better! We woke up each morning to a beautiful ocean view. We know that you don't go on vacation to sleep but the beds were extremely comfortable. The size of the unit was very accommodating for our family. The kids already regret having to leave to come home and return to work!! We have already booked our vacation again for next year! Thank you. You have been extremely kind.
