The Teacher's Lounge (Queen's Court 1203) was a terriffic vacation home for us. This home was well appointed with lots of extras such as Roku TV, plenty of DVD and VCR movies, books, and toys. It fit our needs very well and we would love to rent it again!

THE ELEVATOR. The condo we stayed in is on second floor so the elevator was very convenient. The condo is very up to date and well kept. Almost on the beach with very good easterly views of the beach.

Ocean view was fabulous! Condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was very nice. Called us to give us info about the area. Staff in restaurants were very friendly and so were the many locals and visitors we met along the way.

Excellent view of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials one may need. We do not have young children but this is the perfect place for a young family. There are many toys and videos to keep young ones occupied on those rainy days.

This was my first trip to the Crystal Coast. And it was fantastic. The condo was clean, so many extras provided. Loved the closet full of items for the beach. We traveled with a 3 month old. The fact that there was a port a crib there saved us hauling room in the vehicle. The wicker rocker in the master bedroom was a life saver! Spent time there rocking the baby. In fact, that chair was so comfortable we contemplated hauling it home with us. Just kidding, but it was a super comfortable chair. All the furnishings we very nice, clean and comfortable. I would most definitely stay in this condo again and again. The price was very affordable. It was just a great family vacay!!

This condo has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a two bedroom that would be excellent for a family with young children. There is plenty of things to keep young people entertained especially on rainy days. We are two retirees and knew beforehand about the condo setup but still enjoyed the well kept, clean accommodations. We would rent it again!

Our favorite condo at Queens Court. Great view of ocean, pier, and volley ball courts from the wonderful Trexx Deck with plenty of furniture for your family . Great laminate flooring throughout with updated kitchen. Large master bedroom with very comfy mattress and updated bathroom. Second bedroom has great beds for kids with a separate, connected bathroom with bath tub. Plenty of dishware, plastic ware and little extras like coolers and cocktail serving sets. The BEST EXTRA is the closet in the carport! Plenty of beach items for use including chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and floats. Saves a trip to the beach store to buy something you have to pack and bring home. Great overall condo!!

This is the second time we have stayed at 1203, and our fourth time at Queen's Court. We love it! 1203 has everything you could possibly need while on vacation, especially if you have children. We will be staying here again next year.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Extra bonuses included a ton of movies and a storage room with lots of beach accessories to use. Will stay here again next year!

This home was PERFECT!! It was well stocked and so close to the ocean - we were able to run home to use the bathroom or eat. There were tons of movies, games and the unit was beautifully decorated. We cant wait to go back!!

This home is AMAZING! We have rented it for 3 years! We LOVE how well stocked it is and how clean it is when we arrive! The owner has thought of EVERYTHING needed to give tenants a stress free and enjoyable vacation! We will return every year!!!

Great condo, especially for families with small children. We have 6, 3, and 10 month old daughters and they had fun with the toys at the condo, plus for the baby we were provided with many supplies such as a crib, pack n play, and high chair. I also had the pleasure of introducing my daughters to VHS tapes. They needed to learn to be kind and rewind. The condo was very clean. There was plenty to use in the kitchen. We are looking forward to staying at Queens Court 1203 next year!!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family! The owner provided a pack and play, tons of baby toys, books, puzzles and so much more!! We have young children so those accommodations were amazing! There was a beautiful ocean view with a nice size balcony to enjoy it on. Plenty of space and place to sleep, a very well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice condo unit that we plan on renting again. It was very clean, organized and well maintained. Having small to older kids we found that this condo fit our needs for play, dining, entertainment and bedtime. The owner wasted no expense making sure guests enjoyed their stay. This is the best condo I've rented! Lots of updates, very clean, and well equipped! I travelled with my two small daughters and we had everything we needed. The ocean was easily accessible as well as the pool!

Queens Court was nicely landscaped and handicapped accessible with very friendly guests/tenants. Upon entering 'Teacher's Lounge' we immediately felt at home. The owner took everything into consideration when stocking and decorating the unit, from restaurant menus/magnets to a notebook filled with helpful resources. The views are incredible! We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the living room and front deck, and even got to see two dolphin swimming past. The owner is very personable and helpful. She made our stay even better by being so receptive to our questions. We highly recommend this unit to others and look forward to returning to it again soon.

Queens 1203 was a great vacation condo. Spacious and clean. Lots of bonuses provided by the owner which included a large selection of movies which were great for a rainy afternoon at the beach. The owner also had lots of beach chairs available to use. The deck furniture was perfect and the views spectacular. We will definitely stay here again.

The home was very well equipped. The only adverse thing I encountered
Was the dryer. I think the element may need replaced because
It took too much time to dry a simple load of clothes.
We were Very pleased that the owner allows renters to use the
Downstairs storage unit to store beach equipment.

We found the property very clean and homey. There was a wealth of information organized into a loose leaf notebook which we found very helpful. All instructions and information in this condo had to have been written by a teacher.......just like my own lesson plans. Ha! The kitchen especially was well organized and there were plenty dishes, pots and pans, etc.
Enjoyed trying to catch some fish and walking along the beach.
