Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Built in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom , with two queen size beds, shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pyramid bunk (double,twin). Sleeping up to 13 guests, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to enjoy all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 minute walk to the community beach access and pool. After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grill. Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home -inquire with Blue Water.

We had a fabulous week here here at Sangria Sunset! Everything we needed or wanted was here! Our extended family had a great time swimming and beaching it up! We love the pool and all of the room! Very spacious and well designed home! Thank you for having us!

Our stay at your beautiful Sangria Sunset house was very enjoyable. We had a great time lounging by the pool. This house is very warm and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped. The screened-in-porch made it very comfortable to stay outside on a warm summers night. We will most likely rent again as our two families has a very relaxing time!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a fantastic week using the amazing pool, comforting bedrooms, and wonderful kitchen. We felt right at home! We got to watch sea turtles hatch at the beach, visit the lighthouse and enjoyed fabulous seafood dinners! We can't wait to come back to emerald Isle for another family vacation!
